Tell us how you started all this: "I use to see lots of films before joining Indian Film Industry. The first struggle was to get my parents agree. They succumbed and I was given 2 years to pursue my dreams.
The Meter was down! I was 23 Fresh from college I felt I had arrived on an alien planet Mumbai. I knew No one, had No contacts, No friends. Just a dream to be a Film Actor."
Do you love Animals: I just love animals, I wish people could learn to be compassionate towards animals. Animals also have families and feelings. They feel pain. I can not bear to see cruelty to them - When I meet a person who loves animals. I instantly trust them.
We have also heard that you are a very good dietician, Is that true ? : " I just love being fit, I love caring about myself. So I use to search for it a lot. Just to teach me, how to be fit. I learned everything as much as I can. There is a friend of mine, who was very fat around 110kg. she called me and asked for help and after 1 year of my supervision, she was 65kg. She was unbelievably changed"
Do you believe love at first sight ? - Absolutely. I fall in love with every dog i see.
How many friends you have - if you have one friend in your life you are truly blessed, two Is you are lucky, three Is hardly Possible.
We have heard that you have OCD, Is that true ? - "hmm I Just hope that no one around me is really messy I don't know its OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder) or not, I Just love keeping everything neat & clean, so everything has to be Proper, I am little crazy about it, that sits"
What is love for you? - If you are truly in love, you are happy in whatever makes her happy and vice-versa. That's my way of loving. Love is Caring. Whatever makes the other person happy. I think you will be happy with that. if you genuinely love that person then you will find happiness in another person's happiness.
How do you feel TV & FIlm are different from each other - Technically TV is certainly different from films, in movies you get the script, you go home, rehearse and improvise and perform the next day or whenever the shoot is scheduled. Movies Mein sab Kuch aaram se Hota hai, but TV main sets par subah script milti hai. There is no time to go through a script or rehearse, you have to perform immediately because of the cut to cut shooting schedules and I think this is the reason I love to work in films only
Tell us about your journey in the industry - I came here absolutely unaware of the industry & hoped things to fall in place. I struggled initially, and I was like what am i doing? But this struggle gave me a good grounding, if you get things on a platter, you don't value it. I have been fortunate that great opportunities have come my way and people have confidence and faith in me. I feel blessed for the versatile opportunities I got. It's interesting to see my graph and I feel proud of myself. It has been a great journey.
Is there any naughty habit you will going to change when u settle down - I don't think anybody can change anything about me because I been told I am control freak and I like to be physically in control of my self and subconsciously I start controlling everybody and everything around me. So I think people need to understand that.
Lots of people around you, but are you lonely? - Well... Yes ! but i am suppose to be. "I am an Artist". We wallow in loneliness and solitude. In Search of the answer to hundred of million's of question's that run throughout minds at all times. So Yes! I am lonely and i am married to my loneliness.
